🎨 YEAR 9 ART – CREATIVITY IN 3D! 🎨

Another exciting collection of artworks is taking shape in the Year 9 Art classroom! Our students are creating incredible cardboard relief portraits, using recycled materials to transform their ideas into unique works of art. ♻️🖌️

After analysing the work of Picasso, Modigliani and Oldershaw, students selected an artist to influence the character they developed for their own portrait.

With a strong focus on sustainability and creative reuse, our Year 9 artists have been busy incising, modelling and shaping cardboard to bring their portraits to life.

The students have been incredibly focused and creative throughout the process, and we can't wait to see the finished pieces!

Two Tully SHS students have broken Peninsula records — and Tully SHS is the only state high school to have TWO students achieve this incredible feat! 🤩👏

This is a fantastic result and a wonderful reflection of the talent, dedication and hard work of our students.

🚧 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🚧

Tully SHS is currently undergoing construction works as we create a new covered walkway and a new front entrance to our school.

Please be aware that the road into the school is currently closed to delivery vehicles, and access to the school administration office is via the student attendance side of the building.

We thank our students, families and community for your patience and understanding while these important works are underway. We look forward to welcoming everyone through our improved entrance! 💙
