🐺📚 A VERY special visitor dropped into Prep today!

Our Prep students had quite the surprise when the Big Bad Wolf made an appearance… although we’re not sure there was anything too scary about this wolf! 😂🐾

With Little Red Riding Hood in hand, there were plenty of growls, giggles and convincing wolf claws as our Preps got into the Book Week spirit. ❤️📖

There’s nothing quite like seeing stories come to life and the excitement a surprise character visit brings!

🧠🌉 Week 7 Challenger Maths Club – Engineers at Work!

This week, our Challenger Maths Club put their engineering minds to the test with a bridge-building challenge!

The mission? Design. Build. Test. Fail. Rethink. Communicate. Try again. 💡💪

Students experimented with different shapes, structures and ideas to discover what would create the strongest bridge. There was plenty of problem-solving, teamwork, creativity and persistence as designs were tested, adjusted and improved.

Because sometimes the best learning happens when the first idea doesn’t work! 🙌

Engineering, mathematical thinking and collaboration at its finest! 🌉✨

🔎❤️ WHERE’S WALLY… TSS STAFF EDITION! ❤️🔎

Book Week fun was in full swing today with 16 of our TSS staff getting into the Where’s Wally spirit and helping build the excitement for our Book Week Dress-Up Parade this Friday! 📚🎉

More than 50 groups of students took part in our Where’s Wally Hunt, racing around the school grounds to find hidden photos of our very own TSS staff during secone lunch 👀

Each photo revealed a letter, and once they had found all 16, the challenge was on to unscramble the secret Book Week message! 🧩🔤

There was plenty of searching, teamwork, problem-solving and excitement along the way and maybe a few very well-hidden Wallys! 😂

A huge thank you to our staff for being such great sports and helping make Book Week a little extra fun for our students. ❤️🤍

Now… bring on Friday’s dress-ups! 📚✨ We can’t wait to see who walks through the gates!

A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated books to support our Year 4 Book Sale! 💛 Our Year 4 students have loved taking the lead and raising money for a great cause.

The sale will continue every day during Book Week at second break, so there’s still plenty of time to get involved!

📖 Have any pre-loved books at home? We’d love your donations!
🪙 Looking for a new read? Send along a gold coin and grab a book (or two!) from the sale.

All money raised will go towards a donation to a local organisation chosen by our students, making every book sold an opportunity to give back to our community. 🥰
