⚽💚💛 Green & Gold Socceroo Day! 💛💚⚽

On Friday 26 June, students are invited to wear green and gold accessories and bring a gold coin donation to support our Green & Gold Socceroo Day.

Students will have the opportunity to watch the Socceroos live on our brand new gym screens at 12:00 pm, while alternative supervised activities will be available for those who choose not to attend.

Assembly went next level today. Not one but 2 screens! Amazing!

Today we practised our "Code Blue Level 1". We do this so our students are confident and well practised. This is when there may be a risk outside and our children need to return quickly and quietly to their classrooms. Our students returned to their classrooms in 2 minutes. Amazing! How responsible are our children!

Icy pole days ahead... Wednesday, Thursday and Frioday this week from the canteen. All icy poles are $2.00 each

Our Year 3 and 4 students have been exploring culture, identity and the importance of understanding different perspectives.

Through discussions and learning experiences linked to cultural celebrations, empathy and communication, students have been building their intercultural understanding and discovering how our differences help create strong and connected communities.

Students also learned about National Sorry Day, reflecting on the importance of empathy, respect and reconciliation as we work towards a more inclusive future. It has been wonderful to see such thoughtful conversations and learning taking place across our classrooms.

Year 5 recently celebrated their published writing, proudly sharing their informative texts and reflecting on how much they have grown as writers.

Now, it's time for a new adventure as students dive into the world of poetry, exploring creativity, rhythm and the power of words. We can't wait to see what they create next!

Year 5 students have been turning the Art room into a bakery this term as they explore the art element of form!

Inspired by artists who create incredible food sculptures and installations, students have been designing and constructing their own spectacular cake sculptures using cardboard, spackle, paint and air dry clay.

From colourful layers to intricate decorations, each creation is completely unique. The results are so realistic they look good enough to eat!

Year 4 has been buzzing with learning, collaboration and creativity!
One of the highlights has been watching students proudly share their published writing with our Year 2 students. It was wonderful to see them step into the role of authors, reading their work aloud and celebrating their achievements with a younger audience.
The excitement, confidence and pride on display was fantastic to see. Keep shining, Year 4!
