Traralgon Neighbourhood Learning House's latest training project 'Serving the Valley' will support your hospitality career with a course in Customer Service.
Serving the Valley has been developed by conversations with over 50 local restaurants and cafes to work out what is important to employers when looking for staff. We want to prepare our participants to get jobs in the local hospitality industry.
Our Customer Service course is ‘hands on’ and embraces The VRI philosophy of learning by doing. You will also meet and hear from local business owners about what they are looking for in employees. An opportunity to spend a day in work experience in a local food business is part of the course. We also focus on health and wellbeing tools to thrive in this demanding career.
Like our page to stay up to date with future offerings in the Latrobe Valley Hospitality Training and Employment space. Our courses are reputation and relationship based. We are not accredited but made and delivered by locals.
