Wow 4th term already!

We hope all our families and kids have had a lovely break and that the return to school has been easy .

We have been super busy planning a new term of fun mindful activities for the 80 plus kids we have the pleasure of working with this term ❤️

Bookings for Term 4 are now open !

Next term our team will be delivering another 8 weeks of the Peaceful Kids program to the following schools :
St Gabriel’s -Traralgon
St Michaels - Traralgon
St Kierans - Moe
St Vincent’s - Morwell

This term we have 75 kids enrolled across the schools and numbers look to increase for next term , so if you have a child at these schools and want to enrol them in a great way to finish the school year- get in touch soon ! dm or email for further information

Fun fact: Research shows that regular mindfulness practice can literally change the structure of a child's brain, increasing activity in areas linked to focus, emotional regulation, and empathy, while reducing the stress response in the amygdala.

In other words, teaching kids to slow down and tune in doesn't just help them feel calmer in the moment, it rewires their brain for long-term resilience and emotional intelligence. Pretty amazing, right? ( Credit Peaceful Kids page)

Business update !

It is Term 3 already ! We hope all our families had a great break and the return to school has been smooth 😀

This term is looking big with 75 kids enrolled in the peaceful kids program across 4 schools :
St Gabriel’s Traralgon
St Michaels Traralgon
St Vincent’s Morwell
St Kierans Moe

We are also working with an additional 15 NDIS funded children at their schools in individual sessions helping them develop their social and emotional resilience skills
