Trafalgar Playgroup is a community-based, volunteer-run program that is open to all! Playgroup is suitable for children aged from one month to 5 years old.

Keep an eye out for updates! There are a variety of fun activities set up each week, including art and craft, play dough, home corner, books, slides, tunnels, bikes, blocks, cars, baby toys and much more! During the warmer months we have an exciting outdoor pl

ay area set up with a sand pit, cubby house, bikes and scooters. We have theme days, end of term parties and birthday celebrations. Come along and join in the fun....your first session is free!

🔔‼️ IMPORTANT INFO FOR PLAYGROUP TOMORROW ‼️🔔

Hi everyone! 💛

Just a quick and important note about tomorrow’s playgroup- Thursday 22nd July 2026. 📆

With tomorrow being a student-free day for many due to the teachers’ strike, we know some of our regular families may have school aged children home as well.

If you’re bringing your usual bub or preschooler to playgroup and also have an older sibling/family member with you because they’re home from school, that’s absolutely fine we’d still love to see you! 🤗

Just a reminder though that our playgroup is designed specifically for babies and preschool-aged children. Our toys, equipment and activities are all aimed at that age group, and many of our little ones aren’t used to playing around bigger kids. 🧸

Because of that, we’re asking that school-aged children only attend if they’re accompanying a younger kiddo who normally comes to playgroup. If you only have school-aged children tomorrow, we’d ask that you please give playgroup a miss this week.

If you are bringing older ones along, we’d really appreciate you keeping a close eye on them during playgroup and helping them remember to play gently and be mindful of the younger children. We want to make sure all of our little people feel safe, comfortable and have a lovely morning!! ☺️🫶🏽🥰

There will be no regular playgroup session this week - Thursday 28th May.

A few parents are still planning to head to McGregor Park around 10am, so if you and the kids need an outing (and you’re craving a bit of adult interaction 😅), feel free to come along and join them!
