🦷 Dental Health Week at Alligator Creek Family Day Care 🦷

Brush, Smile, Shine!

This week we are celebrating Dental Health Week by helping children learn about caring for their teeth in fun, hands-on ways.

Throughout the week, children will:

* 🪥 Practise brushing teeth using giant toothbrushes and model teeth.
* 🍎 Learn about healthy foods that help keep teeth strong.
* 🚰 Discover why drinking water is the best choice for healthy smiles.
* 📚 Enjoy stories, songs and games about visiting the dentist.
* 🎨 Create fun dental-themed craft activities.

We encourage families to join in by:

* Brushing your child’s teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
* Choosing healthy snacks such as fruit, vegetables and cheese.
* Drinking plenty of water.
* Booking regular dental check-ups.

Together, we can help children build healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
