It's Back to School day!

Best of luck to all our returning students, and even more to our newest little Preppies headed off on their new big school adventures.

We are back!

The office is now open for 2026, and we are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.

This is a typically busy couple of weeks for our office as many new families are looking for 2026 care options, as well as parent enrolments and intervews.

Best practice if you are enquiring into our vacancies, is to complete a 'Register your interest' on our website, this will allow us to quickly and easily support you if we can assist in filling Educator Vacancies.

As always, vacancies are limited, and many of our educators do self manage these also through their own advertising, however if we have availabilities, we will contact families on our waitlist first, if positions and needs suit.

Welcome back to all our Educators and returning families and children, and looking forward to welcoming any new families and children to Townsville Family Daycare in 2026!

Many of our Educators are still enjoying their Christmas/New Year break, and our office remains closed until next Monday (12th January) however, a coordinator is on call, and available if you require, please call the office number and leave a message, alternatively, send them and email.

Educators and Coordinators got together to ‘Wear Red, Educate and Donate’ for the 2025, Day for Daniel scheme playgroup event.

We enjoyed a picnic in the park, and were a sea of red in honour of this important day in the fight for child safety and child protection!
