👩‍🔬 Science week fun 👩‍🔬

Today we continued on with our science week experiments!

The children did a magic milk experiment, Using milk, food colouring and a little dishwashing liquid, the children watched in excitement as the colours swirled, moved and danced across the milk.

It was a wonderful opportunity to encourage curiosity, prediction, observation and hands-on learning while having lots of fun! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

🌋🧪 SCIENCE WEEK FUN! 🧪🌋

Our little scientists had a blast getting hands-on for Science Week with an exciting volcano experiment! 🔬✨

The children made predictions, watched carefully and discovered what happens when our ingredients react together — creating a bubbly, fizzy volcanic eruption! 🌋💥

We can’t wait to see what experiments we can do tomorrow!

Today we’ve been building our name recognition skills through a fun and hands-on learning experience!

Using colourful stickers, the children were encouraged to recognise the letters in their names, identify the correct letter shapes and place the stickers onto their names.

Learning to recognise our own names is an important early literacy skill and helps children develop confidence with letters, sounds and writing.

🎨🖌️ Paint & Sip – Children’s Edition! 🥤✨

Our little artists had their very own Paint & Sip experience! 🎨💕

With paintbrushes in hand and creativity flowing, the children explored colours, experimented with different techniques and created their very own masterpieces. 🌈🖼️

There were lots of smiles, laughter and a little bit of paint everywhere — just how a creative experience should be! 🎨

🌱🥬 From Garden to Kitchen! 👩‍🍳

There’s something so special about growing our own vegetables and herbs!

Our children have been busy caring for our garden, watching their plants grow, and learning the importance of patience, responsibility, and sustainability.

Today, the children proudly picked some of our fresh homegrown produce and delivered it straight to our wonderful chef Miss Paula to use in our meals.

Seeing the journey from garden to plate helps children develop an understanding of where food comes from while encouraging healthy eating habits.

We invite all our wonderful children to wear their favourite jeans or denim outfits to help raise vital funds for genetic disease research.
