“Take it from me — face-to-face classes with Madigan saved me from HOURS of online angst.

I had previously signed up with a different online course provider, and I could see that it would take me so much time to complete it.

QRET has professionally produced modules that are easy to follow. Madigan is very knowledgeable, especially about property management, giving real-life scenarios and happily keeping to the class pace.

She marked our answers quickly, so we could get feedback right away.

This course was held at the Cairns RSL boardroom — and thanks for the delicious morning tea pastries!”

— Rad Nanna ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There’s something pretty valuable in this review: the right learning environment can make a huge difference.

From practical examples and immediate feedback to having a knowledgeable trainer who can work with the class, that face-to-face support can turn a challenging course into a much more manageable experience.

Thank you, Rad, for taking the time to share your experience with QRET and Madigan. 💜

You can take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously. You can lead with knowledge and confidence while still being approachable, genuine and human.

For us at QRET, success has never been just about what you know — it’s also about how you make people feel while they’re learning, growing and finding their place in the industry.

A great reminder from our founder, Bonny Jaggard, that professionalism and personality can absolutely go hand in hand. 💜
