Hi it’s ME! I’m Bec (the one in the headband 😝) I’m the one over here doing all the things at I thought it was time to do one of those post and let you all know what I’m about seeing as it has now been a year of cooking.

I started this baby a year ago with the dream of creating a healthy ready made meal service for busy people.

When I say healthy no it’s not gym food or calorie controlled it’s just real home made food no short cuts quality ingredients cooked from scratch the kind of cooking you wish you could do it if you had time.

No it’s not just microwave meals most meals go in oven or in a pot to heat after all we want all those delicious smells in your home to really get your appetite going maybe it’s just my inner foodie but how good is it when your home smells of food sorry you just don’t get that from microwaving meals

Imagine you need to take kids to footy training and do all the chores between now and bed take the night off on those busy nights and pop a lasagne in the oven ready for your return our days are busy we get tired and if your tired of thinking about what’s for dinner and all the fast food options that leave you feeling sick and underwhelmed I’m here with a real food option to hopefully reduce some stress whilst delivering something delicious and much more nutritious.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️🇮🇪

We have spent the week celebrating St. Patrick’s say with heaps of beautiful artwork, sensory tuff trays, playdough, cooking and more! The children have had a blast learning about Ireland’s culture including the flag, how to say hello in Irish (dia dhuit), watching Irish dancing and learning about the shamrock!

We are lucky enough to have had input into our programming and activities from a family who is from Ireland! They bought in beautiful Ireland treasures to share with their friends, including books, photos, dress ups and more. 💚

The children have loved celebrating the Irish culture this week and connecting to their world.
