ABOUT THE ROLE:
Koolardie Aviation Pty Ltd trading as National Aviation Academy and ZephAir Australia is seeking an experienced Base Manager to join our team in Cairns, Queensland. As the Base Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our aviation facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business. This full-time role is essential for supporting our company's strategic objectives and growth in airwork, charter, and training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPL (A)
- Class 1 Medical
- Current ASIC
- Current Dangerous Goods
- Flight Instructor Rating with a Grade 1, 2 or 3 Training Endorsement - or ability to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) - or ability to obtain

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
- Multi Engine Instrument Rating with IFR experience
- Flight Examiner Rating
