This Week in Pre-Kindy 🖤💛❤️
What a meaningful and engaging week we have shared in the Pre-Kindy room as we acknowledged National Reconciliation Week and National Sorry Day together.
Throughout the week, we created opportunities for the children to build connections, explore culture, practise important life skills, and engage in hands-on learning through play. In age-appropriate ways, we acknowledged the importance of kindness, belonging, respect, and caring for one another — values that align beautifully with the spirit of reconciliation.
Through music, collaborative experiences, creative exploration, and shared conversations, the children were encouraged to develop empathy, appreciation for diversity, and a sense of connection to their peers and community. It has been wonderful to see the children confidently participate in group experiences, work together, and express themselves through play and creativity.
We are so proud of the curiosity, cooperation, and enthusiasm the children have shown throughout the week as they continue to learn and grow together in our Pre-Kindy environment.
