My heart is full. He came by surprise 2 weeks early!

It was hard and I have no idea how so many women do it again and again! I salute you 👏

I am beyond grateful for my support team who held me up, let me squeeze the hell out of their hands, scream the hospital down and cry all over them. You were my cheerleaders when I had lost all hope in making it out of that delivery room alive.

I went in not wanting any drugs, to screaming for an epidural when my boy was playing pick a boo in the last quarter. But dam you Keith, you were too late! I was too far along by the time you got there. 🤦🏻‍♀️

So I pushed, pushed through the pain, pushed when i had nothing left to give and here you are, we are alive and healthy.

You are my highest point, my greatest achievement and my heaven on earth. You are Zion!
