Ode to Ballet Flats

Ballet flats are awesome
You can wear them everywhere
They double up as joggers
Wear them if you dare!
They can take you out to dinner
Or wear them in the day
You’ll always look well dressed
You can wear them anyway.
I wear them when I’m on my bike
I wear them when I walk
I wear them if I’m dancing
Or delivering a talk.
Ballet flats I love you
I wish that I had more
They’re really inexpensive
You can wear them when you’re poor.
I wish they made more colors
I’d really like some red
Black is very nice
But “too many”, I have said.
Too many isn’t true
That could never be
But I’d really like to have some more
In red or pink or blue.
Ballet flats I love you
But it really must be said
I need to find a shop
That has blue or pink or red!

What do I need in my life?

I need to be me. The real me.

I need peace.

I need tranquility.

I need not to have unnecessary stress.

I need colour.

I need calm.

I need positive energy.

I need love.

I need me time.

I need my beautiful family.

I need to live life on my terms.

I need pure, clean, Kangen water.

I need freedom- time and financial.

It’s coming!

“A life lived in fear is a life half lived”, so Fran in one of my favourite movies extols!

And she’s right! So many of us live in our “safe, comfortable” lives?

I wonder how that’s working for us now?

Right now we’re being forced to change, challenged to step way out of our comfort zone!

Many forced to leave jobs, and others forced to decide between going to work or keeping our children at home 😖

While the momentum is with us (by choice or not), now is the time to take aligned and deliberate action!

Of course, this isn’t for everyone.

It’s for people who have vision, are brave, are ready to tackle the world on their terms.

It’s for those who know what they want, for those prepared to do what it takes, for those who CHOOSE to work at home, on their own schedule.

It’s for those who love support and friendship. It’s for those who love action.

It’s for those who are ready for THE FREEDOM ERA.

It’s for those who want to:-

For me it’s about having time to:-

🧚‍♀️ Sprinkle fairy dust and happiness everywhere it’s needed

💃🏻 Do more dancing

👩🏻‍🌾 Spend time in my garden

🎨 Create!
