📚 Book Parade 📚
🎼A Symphony of Stories🎼

Today we celebrated our annual book parade. Our students dressed as a book character and had a wonderful time. It was a great celebration of community to have so many parents and grandparents join us to watch the parade. Our staff always love this day and many came dressed as "Where's Wally?" Thank you to our staff who organised the book parade, reading on the oval, Kahoot and book swap. It was a great week!

Year 5 Camp – Milson Island 🌿

What an incredible time our Year 5 students had at Milson Island Camp! Our students embraced the opportunity to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence and resilience, develop their leadership skills and, most importantly, have lots of fun together.

They participated in the scavenger hunt, the obstacle course, archery tag and initiatives activities, and also had some fun during the evening games. There was plenty of laughter, teamwork and challenge along the way.

We were so proud of the way our Year 5 students conducted themselves throughout the camp. They were enthusiastic, respectful, well behaved and made the most of every part of the experience.

A fantastic one-night adventure filled with fun, friendship, leadership and resilience! ⭐🌿👏

🏉✨ We were delighted to welcome former St Mary's student and current Penrith Panthers player, Jack Cogger, back to our school during our May Feast Day celebrations.

Jack shared valuable insights on health, wellbeing and the importance of staying active, encouraging our students to develop healthy habits both on and off the field. Thank you, Jack, for inspiring our students and reminding them that strong foundations, positive choices and big dreams can all begin right here at St Mary's Catholic Primary School 😊
