Seeking baby sitting opportunities, $30 ph.
Hi families, my name is Shenaya I’m turning 26 and am currently on maternity leave. I am employed in a childcare/ long daycare centre full time. In my current position, I have been promoted to room leader and then supervisor. I have effectively ran a 3 to 5 aged room for two years. I also assisted to run a 1 to 2 aged room for one year in the past. I have provided love and care for each child. I go above and beyond to create effective programs that support each child’s learning and development. I completed my cert 3 and diploma at this centre, as a trainee than an apprentice. I am undertaking my ECT (early childhood teacher degree) at university. I am seeking causal possibility (or permanent babysitting for suitable times and days). I offer babysitting within your home and my own, I do not babysit for more than one family when baby sitting in my own home. I am the eldest of a large family with 6 siblings. I have guided them with love, support and care as they have grown. I have baby sat for a variety of children for family, friends and now our community. Over the time I have been babysitting, I have created strong bonds with not only the children but also their families. I have been asked to return by every family I have baby sat for. I am experienced with a range of different ages and different personalities. I am very patient and treasure each child’s uniqueness.

You might not know that my wife, writes children books, thats because I only talk about myself !!!! But this book she wrote teaching children to be present in the moments and appreciate nature, is fantastic. And god knows if you are a parent you need it!!!

As many of my reoccurring families are aware I took time off babysitting to have my beautiful baby boy, Levi.
We are happy, healthy and loving spending every minute together. Missing all my regular families, hope you are all doing well. I am excited to eventually work with everyone again. In the meantime I am trialing offering babysitting in my own home, I can pick up and drop home if needed. For families I havnt met, you are more than welcome to come have a greeting day before hand. What a busy month feburary has been. A big thank you to all the families that have reached out and provided me with the opportunity to assit their families and extend my experience. Would love to have reviews and feedback about my services.
