Earth Hour Lanterns

The children cut and glued to create these amazing lanterns. We supplied colour changing tea light ,they looked so amazing.

Today I had the privilege of spending the day with lovely Jade (DOS) & Brooke(Assistant)
from Murarrie.

The school celebrated Harmony Day & the reopening of Block A and the OSHC room.

TeamKids generously provided the very well received coffee van, and a breakfast BBQ.

Although Murarrie is a small school, the community support was amazing, so welcoming and spoke highly of the educators and the OSHC program.

A very big thank you to Jade and Brooke for the wonderful job you both did. You have both had such a positive impact already.

MIDDLE RIDGE

Last week at Middle Ridge we started our amazing gardening club! We had a lovely big group sign up and we made signs for and planted our herbs into the garden. We hope to grow lots of herbs that we can then share with our families for cooking.

We also enjoyed so many group games like line tag, pop up tag, musical statues and musical chairs. We love doing this especially at before school care!

We had so many other activities to enjoy like making some moon sand, building block towers, dancing, and making a big box fort!

We start our cooking club this week and can’t wait to show you all the amazing foods we make!

RIPLEY VALLEY
There was an abundance of smiles at Ripley Valley when the Lego man arrived. The children flexed their creativity, producing fabulous artwork. This activity also used their fine motor skills in conjunction with hand to eye coordination.

What an amazing start to our 2024 vacation care program. We began the the day pulling down our Christmas tree display and adding our new mountain camping site and medical centre. We then participated in the colour run challenge, followed by a dip in the pool and water mat. We had such a great start to 2024, bring on Dalby’s next adventure.

And that’s a wrap for Team Kids Dalby QLD, 2023.

We ended our year on a high with our traditional Christmas lunch, special visitors Deb and Phoebe, our adopted grandparent representatives Elaine Fox (Nan Fox) and Shirley Dorr (Nanna Shirl) and last but definitely not least SANTA.
A great time was had by all.

Teamkids Dalby

On Monday the children had a visit by Urban Reptiles, it was super scaly fun. Tuesday we went clubbing at Toowoomba mini golf, a lot of the children got a hole in one it was holey spectacular.
Today we not only attended Event Cinema to watch Migration but this afternoon we had a visit from Barney the calf, Miss Tam’s parents newest edition to the farm.
