It's the start of a new Toastmasters year today, and last night members past and present, plus a few guests, participated in our Changeover dinner! Our new executive team are ready for a fantastic 2026/27 year.

We also presented our awards for Toastmaster of the Year, and the Paul Lindemann Trophy for Friendship & Enthusiasm. It was lovely to see Mary Milton recognized as the winner of both of these awards - which we believe is the first time one person has won both!

A special part of our evening was a celebration of one of our longest-serving members, Pam Markey, who has recently retired from our club after 37 years of membership. Members and fellow Toastmasters recalled memories of Pam over the years.
