About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary/paralegal to join our practice. Duties may include:

Estate administration
Leasing and commercial administration support
Administrative tasks including diary and phone
Typing correspondence and documents
Opening files and file management
Client liaison
The position is full-time (preferred), part-time applications may be considered.



Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

Ideally, experience in estate, property, and general commercial matters
Be able to apply a range of technology skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Professional phone and client engagement manner
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and have an enthusiastic, proactive approach.
Good communication skills
