There’s a lot that goes into being an early childhood educator. 🤍

It’s the patience, the creativity, the big laughs, the comforting cuddles, the messy play and all those little moments that make such a difference to a child’s day.

But more than anything, it’s the heart that educators bring with them every day.

Today, we asked some of our team what they appreciate most about our incredible educators, and we think they said it beautifully.

We’re still a little bit amazed by this one… 🥹

What started at $314.95 in 2022 has grown to an incredible $2,766 in 2026 — our biggest RSPCA Cupcake Day total yet! 🎉

Year after year, our Toowoomba Central community has baked, donated, shared and supported this very special cause, and we couldn’t be more proud of what they have achieved.

RSPCA Cupcake Day has kicked off to a great start!

We’re at 5 Jennings Street, Toowoomba today and tomorrow with plenty of delicious treats available!

Come down, grab a cupcake (or a few 😉) and help us raise funds for the RSPCA. 100% of proceeds are donated to the RSPCA to help animals in need.

There is no greater compliment than hearing a family say they truly belong.

For this family, inclusion meant hearing their home language, Kurdish Kurmanji, spoken naturally by educators throughout the day. It was a simple yet powerful gesture that made them feel seen, respected and celebrated.

At Gladstone Street, inclusion is more than a program or a policy. It's reflected in the relationships we build, the cultures we celebrate, and the genuine effort we make to ensure every child and family feels safe, valued and connected.

We're incredibly grateful to this family for sharing their story and for reminding us that sometimes the smallest moments create the greatest sense of belonging. 💙💚

You're invited to an evening of professional learning, meaningful conversations and connection with fellow early childhood educators.

This month's guest speaker is Aunty Denise from Goolburri/HIPPY, who will share valuable insights into embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within early childhood education.
