There’s something pretty special about the first three years of a child’s life and we’re looking for Diploma-qualified Lead Educators who feel the same way.
Freckles Kindy and Learning Centre Highfields is currently looking for passionate Lead Educators specialising in the 0–3 age group to join our Freckles family.
We’re not just looking for someone who can “run a room”. We’re looking for educators who understand that working with babies and toddlers is about so much more.
It’s about building secure and trusting relationships.
Knowing when a little one needs an extra cuddle.
Supporting those first words, first friendships and growing independence.
Creating beautiful learning opportunities from the simplest moments.
And building genuine relationships with families who are trusting us with their little people every day.
We’d love to hear from you if you are Diploma qualified, have a genuine passion for working with children aged 0–3 years, and are confident leading a team while creating a nurturing, engaging and child-led environment.
