For those people who have been joining in on our holiday sessions - remember to wear a uniform! And I promise there is less chance of getting rained on in the hall.😀

Two boards, jumping spinning back kick.
Three boards, elbow.
Two boards, flying side kick.
Three (very) spaced boards, spinning heel kick.

Oh and for the last one, it is your choice as to whether it was a spinning heel, a spinning wheel, a reverse turning or even a dwi- huryeo-chagi..

Come and join in the class and never need an axe again!
