What a magical Book Week we had! 📚

Last week, we celebrated our favourite books, characters and stories. From dressing up as beloved characters to sharing stories with our friends, we have had the best time!

We have been in the garden! 🔬🌱

Last week during Science Week, our little scientists were busy getting their hands dirty as they explored the science of growing and caring for plants.

Together, children prepared our garden beds by adding manure to enrich the soil, watered the earth, planted new seedlings, and learned how to nurture living things as they grow. 💧🌱

Through hands-on experiences, the children discovered how plants need healthy soil, water, sunlight, and ongoing care to thrive. They made predictions, observed changes, and explored the natural world around them, developing an understanding of sustainability and life cycles along the way.

We can't wait to watch our garden flourish over the coming weeks!

Next week, we're celebrating Book Week ALL WEEK at Leaps & Bounds by Canopy!

Children are invited to dress up as their favourite book character and bring along a favourite book to share and read with friends and educators on any day throughout the week.

Let's celebrate the joy of reading, imagination, and storytelling together! 📖💚

We can't wait to see all the amazing costumes and hear about everyone's favourite stories.

Last Thursday, our team and families came together for Jeans for Genes Day, helping raise awareness and support for children living with genetic diseases.

By wearing our jeans, we helped raise awareness for the 1 in 20 children affected by a genetic condition and supported the important work being done to improve their futures. Thank you to everyone who got involved!💙👖

We're Going on a Bear Hunt! 🌿🐻

Recently the Tadpole Room enjoyed bringing this favourite story to life by walking through a range of sensory trays that represented different parts of the bear hunt adventure.

As they squelched through the mud, swished through the grass, and explored a variety of textures with their feet, the children engaged their senses, built their imagination, and deepened their understanding of the story through hands-on experiences and active play. 👣

🧸🧺 The day the teddy bears had their picnic!

We recently ventured out to the park with our favourite teddy bears to enjoy some delicious snacks and share them with our cuddly friends. It was a wonderful morning filled with laughter, friendship, and lots of teddy bear cuddles!

A big thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make our Teddy Bears’ Picnic such a special event. We loved spending time together and creating beautiful memories 💚
