🌺 ANZAC Day – Lest We Forget 🌺
Goodstart Drayton was honoured to attend the Drayton Community ANZAC Day Service once again. Being invited each year is something we truly value as we come together to remember and give thanks to the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve to help keep us safe.
A heartfelt thank you to Miss Hayley and our Kindy children for creating our beautiful banner, and to Miss Belinda along with our Nursery and Toddler children for the meaningful wreath they made with such care. These special contributions helped our children connect with the importance of remembrance in a very meaningful way.
We would also like to sincerely thank the families who braved the early morning and the cold to stand with us and be part of this important community event. Your support and commitment mean so much to us.
We are proud to be part of such a respectful and supportive community as we pause, reflect, and remember.

🌿🐸 Hopping Into Learning at Goodstart Drayton! 🐸🌿
There’s something ribbiting happening in our Kindy Room!
This week, the children discovered a friendly little frog in our playground and just like that, our learning leapt into action! 🐸✨
Following the children’s curiosity, our educators helped them dive into researching the life cycle of a frog. From tiny eggs to wriggly tadpoles to fully grown hoppers, the Kindy children have been exploring each stage with wonder and excitement. 🔍🌱
To deepen their learning and connection to Country, the children were also introduced to the beautiful Aboriginal Dreamtime story of Tiddalik the Frog. Through storytelling, art, and group discussions, they explored themes of nature, balance, and caring for our environment. 🎨🖤💛❤️
Our Kindy Room is a place where curiosity turns into discovery and where a simple moment in the playground can spark a whole world of learning. 🌏💚
