Brianna did one of our Sourdough demonstration classes a couple of weeks ago and has made her first loaf. Looks amazing!!! Well done Brianna!!!

Friday night pizza. Sourdough base with tandoori chicken, capsicum, onion, garlic and cashews. Topped with homemade yogurt and rocket. Delicious!!!

Cherie did one of our sourdough demonstration class recently and has been busy baking.
Cherie has also made a beautiful focaccia with garlic chives, herbs and feta. Yummm. Well done Cherie!!!
