Ever had one of those "What should I be doing with my child?" moments? You might already have the answer at home.

Earlier this year, every Goodstart family received a What & When for Families guide for each child. If it's been tucked away in a drawer since then, now might be the perfect time to pull it back out.

The guide is packed with simple, play-based activities that support your child's learning and development at home. Best of all, it's written in your child's voice, with ideas tailored to their age and developmental stage.

From singing songs with babies and playing peek-a-boo, to "I Spy" games, storytelling and treasure hunts with older children, the activities are designed to fit naturally into everyday moments you already share together.

At Sparkle Airlines, we’re getting ready to explore the world and celebrate all the wonderful countries and cultures our families come from! ❤️

The children brought their very own airport to life, creating an airplane, choosing names and destinations, and then the adventure began! We had security checks, friendly air hostesses, passports, boarding tickets and, of course, some very important in-flight snacks! 🛂🎫✈️🍿

The children were incredibly engaged, enthusiastic and full of imagination as they took on different roles and explored the excitement of travelling around the world.

Every day, our educators listen to our children’s voices, observe their interests, and capture special moments of learning, growth and development.

Each child has their very own Learning Portfolio, where we collect their learning stories, observations, artwork and beautiful photos throughout the year. 📚✨

The best part? Our portfolios are always kept at the children’s level, so they can look through them, revisit their experiences, recognise themselves and proudly share their learning with their friends and educators.
