😮 What To Do If Someone is Choking 😮

1️⃣ Encourage them to cough strongly.
2️⃣ If not clearing, give 5 back blows (between shoulder blades).
3️⃣ Still choking? Perform 5 abdominal thrusts.
4️⃣ Repeat back blows & thrusts until clear or help arrives.
5️⃣ If they lose consciousness, start CPR immediately.

🔥 Treating Minor Burns 🔥

1️⃣ Cool the burn under cool running water for at least 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Remove any jewellery or tight clothing before swelling starts.
3️⃣ Never apply creams, oils, butter, or ice.
4️⃣ Cover with a clean, non-stick dressing or cloth.
5️⃣ Seek medical help if the burn is large, deep, or on the face/genitals.
