Flashback to last year’s St Ignatius STEM Showcase! 🧠🔧🚀
It was wonderful to see our students proudly sharing their STEM learning, creative thinking and problem-solving skills through projects designed to make a difference. The showcase highlighted the imagination, curiosity and hard work of our senior STEM students as they explored real-world challenges and presented thoughtful solutions.
These photos capture just some of the excitement, innovation and learning from last year’s event.
We are looking forward to this year’s showcase next term and can’t wait to see the innovative and creative ideas our senior STEM students will share as they use STEM to make a positive difference in our world.

Our students finished off the week with one of their favourite days of the month - Meal Deal! They also had a special treat of a zooper dooper also! Thank you to a wonderful turnout of helpers from our Prep Blue class to help make the morning run smoothly. Two more meal deals to go next term!

Our Year 6 student representatives had a wonderful visit to Arlington Early Education and Care, sharing favourite stories with the younger children. Experiences like this help strengthen our close relationship with the Arlington while giving our senior leaders the chance to model confidence, kindness and a love of reading. The children thoroughly enjoyed listening to the stories and spending time with our student leaders. 🌟📚

Our STEM teams had a fantastic day at St Andrew’s on Friday, proudly showcasing the innovative solutions they have been developing throughout the year. Students confidently shared their prototypes and explained the design process, challenges and learning behind their creations.

Congratulations to the Purie Mist team, who were awarded the People’s Choice Award for their project!

Alongside presenting their work, students enjoyed exploring the Discovery Centre, taking part in hands-on activities and experiencing virtual reality. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate creativity, problem solving and innovation, and we are so proud of the way our students represented St Ignatius throughout the day. 🚀💡
