π€ Pyjamas for a Purpose! π€
Metella Road Public School swapped uniforms for pyjamas yesterday, all in the name of a great cause!
Our students and staff came to school in their comfiest PJs to help raise money for Stewart House. π
We loved seeing the school filled with dressing gowns, fluffy slippers and Oodies
And after seeing how comfortable everyone looked, weβre starting to think that some students AND teachers would happily wear pyjamas to school every day! π΄π
A huge thank you to our MRPS community for supporting this wonderful cause. Every gold coin donation helps make a difference.

π BULLYING NO WAY WEEK 2026 π
This week, our school is proudly taking part in Bullying No Way Week - a time to come together and remind our students that everyone has the right to feel safe, included and respected at school. While this week highlights and strengthens our focus, these values are something we practise every day at Metella Road Public School.
At Metella Road Public School, we know that small actions can make a BIG difference. π
We encourage our students to:
π Be kind and inclusive
π Look out for others
π Speak up when something doesnβt feel right
π Be an upstander, not a bystander
π Celebrate what makes each of us unique
π Ask for help when we need it
Creating a safe and supportive school community is something we all have a part in. By choosing kindness, showing respect and looking out for one another, we can all help make bullying a thing of the past.
Together, let's make sure every student knows: You belong. You matter. You are not alone.
