Do you wait for excellence in training to happen or do you make it happen by giving it everything you got, every time you step foot in the dojo? No matter who pushes you to succeed, the driver must start with your will to achieve excellence.

Practise until you can’t get it wrong. In the process… be in the moment, focus on how far you got there, how far you will go to get closer to your goal. Learn from the mistakes & grow from it.
