Father’s Day Raffle

It’s that time again where we celebrate our Dads and this year we have a wonderful raffle with some amazing prizes up for grabs.

1st Prize: Fishing set & $50 voucher
2nd Prize: BBQ pack & $30 voucher
3rd Prize: Car care pack & $20 voucher

Tickets are $2 each or $10 for the whole booklet.

Every family should have received a raffle booklet. However if you haven’t, please check with your class room teacher or you can grab some from the office.

Tickets are due back on Wednesday 2nd September and will be drawn on the day of the stall, Friday the 4th of September.

We would love for our school community to show their support & appreciation to the following who have generously donated to this years raffle.

BCF, Repco, Supercheap auto, The Royal Hotel bacchus Marsh and the Burke family.

Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser - Volunteers Still Needed!

Our school will be hosting a Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser on Saturday, 15 August, and we urgently need support from our school community to make this event possible.

Firstly, we would like to thank the families who have already donated items for the BBQ. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will help make the day a success.

Unfortunately, while we have received some donations, we have not yet received any volunteer commitments for the day. To proceed with the fundraiser, we must have enough volunteers to safely staff the BBQ. If we are unable to fill the required volunteer shifts, the fundraiser will need to be cancelled.

This fundraiser is an important opportunity to raise valuable funds for our school, and we are hoping our community can come together to help make it happen.

We are asking families to please consider whether they can spare just one hour (or more) of their time on the day. Many hands make light work, and
even a small commitment can make a significant difference.

If you are available to volunteer, please contact Sheryl or Charmaine in the office as soon as possible to secure a time slot.

Any additional donated items can still be dropped off at the school office and will be gratefully received.

We understand that everyone has busy schedules, but without volunteers this fundraiser simply cannot go ahead. We would love to avoid cancelling the event and are hopeful that our school community can rally together to support this important fundraiser.

MOTHER'S DAY STALL/RAFFLE REMINDER

It's time to celebrate our lovely mums! We will be having a Mother's Day Stall on Friday the 8th of May for students to purchase a gift for their mum, grandmother &/or special person.
We have gifts priced between $1-$5, and ask that students please bring no more than $20 each to ensure everyone has a chance to buy something special for their mum.

We also have a fantastic Mother's Day Raffle-
win some amazing prizes to pamper your mum!
Tickets have been sent home, and need to be returned to the office with correct money and contact details by tomorrow Wednesday 6th May.

The raffle will be drawn on the 8th May and winners will be notified. Extra tickets are still available in the office.

We would love some volunteers to help run the stall, so if you are available for a few hours please meet us at the Big Shed at 9am!
