I am proud to be a Family Day Care Educator who aims to provide quality care for children under school age in a happy, friendly, family environment. My Philosophy:
I believe that every person, regardless of age, deserves to be treated with respect. As I treat the children respectfully, I also encourage mutual respect from them. I believe that young children thrive in a stable, predictable environment. So while I strive to remain flexible to each child's varying needs each day, our days will follow a consistent pattern. The particulars may change but the pattern will remain reliable. I want to encourage the children to learn, explore and express themselves through free play and structured activities while having fun. About Me:
I am a mother of two girls. Ashleigh aged 19 and Georgie aged 14. I live with my children and husband Wayne in a multigenerational household together with my inlaws Geoff and Margaret. I have been working as a Family Day Care Educator since July 1999. During this time i have had many children in my care and believe that I have learnt just as much from them as they have from me. I have completed my Certificate III in Children's Services. Open hours :
Tuesday thru Thursday 7.30 am to 5 pm (minimum of 7 hours/day)

I primarily care for children under school age but am able to do after school care or vacation care for school aged children when needed. I cannot offer pickups or dropoffs for children. We have recently begun using a fantastic app called Storypark which is great for recording each child’s development and is a fantastic communication tool for families. Storypark helps your child get the best start in life by personalising their learning. Relive important moments in a private online community that grows with them over time. From 20th June 2022 my Registered Service Provider is Enhance Family Day Care.

Something BIG is being built… for little heroes!

Get ready Fraser Coast, because Trade Off 4 Charity is coming this November!

Local legends, tradies, businesses and creatives will team up to build the coolest superhero cubby houses you’ve ever seen! All in support of children who have experienced domestic and family violence.

🌟Cubbies will be auctioned!
🌟Awards will be given!
🌟There will be epic music, delicious food, lots of family fun… and a few surprises to be announced!
