A question for Crescent Head and the surrounding communities…
If someone collapsed in front of you at the shops, on the beach or at work, would you feel confident knowing what to do?
It's easy to think these things happen to someone else. But emergencies don't exactly check your calendar first.
Learning CPR and first aid won't make you a doctor, and that's not the point. It's about knowing the basics, recognising when someone needs help and being prepared to act.
We're in Crescent Head today delivering training and helping people build those skills.

Monday's looking a little different at SALT Training Academy — we're back training in Port Macquarie.
One thing I enjoy about running first aid courses is hearing the different reasons people come along. Some need their certificate for work, some are renewing an old qualification, and others just want to feel more confident if something happens to someone they care about.
Whatever brings you along, the goal is the same: learn skills you can actually use.
We run First Aid, CPR, Childcare First Aid, White Card and workplace safety training across the Mid North Coast, with public courses and onsite options for local businesses.
