One thing we as a community often neglect is the wellness of our students. Understandably, the focus is typically on grades, effort and behaviour.

However, all three of these depend so much on their psychological state of mind and mental health. As a business, we can’t recommend Ginty Bunny Kids and Teens Yoga enough!

We’ve watched over quite a few sessions, and seeing the stress roll off the shoulders of the parents and children - toddlers to year 12s - is a wonderful sight. YOUTUBE CHANNEL!

We're starting a Youtube channel dedicated to providing in-depth breakdowns of mathematics topics. This will be particularly useful for year 9, 10, 11, and 12's, and university students studying maths, engineering or physics.

Harvey will host each video and use what he learnt studying mathematics at UQ to help anyone else tackling senior mathematics.

Revision/study sessions for maths methods students in year 12 from a UQ-qualified mathematician, prior to the big externals! It'll be a Zoom lesson 1.5h each Saturday morning leading up to the external exam (weeks 1-4). I'll go through past external exams and solve the papers, answering questions about them and giving out more general tips on solving the tougher problems. Hundreds of studies have let us know that reading to our children from the ages of 4-11 years old is crucial. Reading to your younger children, even if it is just for 20 minutes before bed, greatly improves their comprehension and cognitive skills (even numeracy). Set aside a small period of time to read to your children at least three times a week!
