Denny is a Judo Black Belt and BJJ Black Belt and one of my old training partners.

with the gold medal in a very busy division.
He had 5 fights to overcome and considering it wasn't the best preparation with his injury a few weeks ago, he represented himself excellently. He stayed composed, and pulled off the jiu jitsu we know he's capable of.
Excellent work sir....eyes on the big prize later this year.

The spider guard...taught by our resident spiderman .
Whilst I personally dont use the spider guard, no well rounded Jiu Jitsu practitioner can afford to be a novice at it.
In order to beat mechanics and techniques, you must first understand them...and there's no better way to understand than to do them!!

Douglas Urini will be taking Saturday mornings adult classes.
Douglas is an outstanding practitioner, and will be teaching his wonderful Spider guard and Laso guard.
Get to the classes to stop getting tied in knots, and maybe do some spider and laso yourself!!

Ladies and gentlemen, our new teens coach
Nathan is a wonderful practitioner and our new Teens coach for Wednesdays!!
Nathan will work with the teens class with an aim at improving the kids competition performance. Nathan has a great understanding of the modern game and we can't wait to see him in action as a coach!!

On Saturday 11th of April we will be hosting for a kids wrestling seminar followed by an adults wrestling seminar.
Vivian is a talented wrestler that has represented Canada at the International level. She'll be sharing her wrestling with us, and we can't wait!!
