🐧🌊🎋"Yesterday, Year 5 had their excursion to Stuart Park to explore 'Factors that Shape Places.' Ranger Lana from Ranger Jamie Tours led the class in a range of activities that involved exploring the habitats and adaptations of certain native and nonnative animals and of our local environment, creating a habitat on the beach for a penguin, and bug catching. It was an awesome day. 🦎🦇🌿

Yesterday, Shelley from Gotcha4Life came and launched the Student Voice Project, where Year 5 students become our Mental Fitness Ambassadors. They have been tasked to create unique ways to promote mental fitness and the protective factors of ‘Build Your Emotional Muscles,’ ‘Embrace Your Village’ and ‘Don’t Worry Alone.’ We cannot wait to see what they create!”

Our St Michael’s students were outstanding representatives at the South Coast Athletics Carnival today! Well done to all competitors for their efforts to be 2nd in the Small Schools Championships.
