Theodore State School P-10 Theodore SS is a co-educational school with an enrolment of approximately 150 students from Prep to Year 10.

The Primary School was established in 1924 with the Secondary Department coming on line in 1961.

🏃‍♂️🏆 CAPRICORNIA SPORT SUCCESS IN MACKAY! 🏆🏃‍♂️

A huge congratulations to our three Theodore State School athletes who represented the Capricornia region at Cap Sport in Mackay at the start of this week!

Sam Gray had an absolutely outstanding carnival, taking home 🥇 1st place in Long Jump, Triple Jump AND Discus, as well as an impressive 4th place in Javelin! What a performance!

Jack Anderson also had a fantastic carnival, finishing 🥈 2nd in the 800m and 🥉 3rd in the 1500m. An incredible effort across the two events!

Even though William Hewitt didn't finish in the placings, he should be incredibly proud of himself, achieving PBs in BOTH the 100m and Discus! Personal bests are a fantastic achievement and show the hard work paying off.

And the exciting news, Sam and Jack have both qualified to compete at the State Championships in October!

We are incredibly proud of all three boys for representing Theodore State School and our region with such determination, sportsmanship and effort.
