a slight update for the start of the new year before we start training when the school term kicks back in.

Our hall is being refurbished and we will not have the space until end of march we are still training but in the park so if you are interested let me know and i will inform you where we will be training.

Great to be back training at Headquarters, Great to get some corrections from SIFU and to feel his energy and power is something else!

Great Training with the Sihings at HQ. Lots of new movements, techniques & jongs to train. Repetition is the key in learning and retention.
