The School is looking for a Web Support / Webmaster (A Small Agency)
to replace the current provider who is retiring.

We are seeking a reliable person or team to provide ongoing support
for a small portfolio of websites.

Scope includes(After migration):
• Website maintenance and updates
• Occasional ad-hoc content changes
• Security monitoring and backups
• Hosting of websites, domains and email services
• General troubleshooting when required
• Wordpress, Woocommerce and Jotforms experience

This is a light but ongoing role suited to a small
agency who can provide responsive support when needed.

January Life Drawing Workshop - don’t miss out!

Michael will show you how to simplify the human form into geometric shapes and embed structure into your drawings while guiding you through the process of building up form and dimension. Julian Ashton Art School is an ARC approved Atelier, and students are eligible to enter The Art Renewal Center® (ARC) Scholarship Competition with a prize pool of USD $30,000. Also, the closing date of 18th International ARC Salon Competition is coming up fast, more information on the https://artrenewal.org website.

Some great one day drawings in the cast room on Friday! The head drawing is by and the bull by Veronica. Only a few weeks in and we are fully booked out, but plenty of space available for term 2. Applications open on the website. Easter Holiday workshops will be posted soon.

"Julian Ashton teaching in the 1920s" Learn realist drawing and painting techniques at the historical heritage listed school, where the focus has been on teaching realist art skills for over 130 years.

From Elioth Gruner to Max Dupain, Brett Whitely to Bill Leak and Paul Newton, the School continues to play a central part in Australian artist careers.

Some fantastic works in progress in the last week of term, just a few days to go before a well earned break and the online exhibition of student works later next week!
