Lake Road Vet 🐾 is excited to be looking for some new team members to join the Lake Road Vet Family 👪
Upcoming opportunities are outlined below;
General Cook/Chef
Able to cook hearty home-cooked meals, event catering, special lunches, morning and afternoon tea, for a variety of occasions 10-40 hours depending on person and role.
Marketing Manager🧑💼
This is an exciting new role. Enthusiasm and creativity an essential. The ideal candidate would have a minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or Graphic Design. The role is 15 -38 hours per week depending on the candidate. Must be willing to work with animals and children.
Retail Position
This is an exciting customer service role to engage with clients their fur babies and our team.
Office Admin
This is an exciting phone reception role to assist with the care of our clients. This is a flexible part-time/casual role.
Trainee Nursing Roles🧑⚕️
Traineeships to start 2023. There is the opportunity to start employment in October/November 2022 for a traineeship starting at the beginning of 2023.
Night Shift Veterinary Nurse
Qualified vet nurse for night shift hospital nursing. A flexible number of shifts per week.
Junior Kennel Hands🧑⚕️
This role is suitable for high school-aged students before or after school, at weekends and during school holidays. There is the opportunity to start employment in October/November 2022 and traineeships in the future.
Junior Personal Assistant💁
Junior PA role. Must have a car licence. Keen to get involved in all areas of practice and family life. Could be suitable for a junior business admin trainee or junior on a GAP year.
Cleaners🧹
Senior and junior cleaner roles are available for commercial and domestic cleaning. Long-term or short-term contracts. Hours can vary from 5-40 depending on your needs. Day, late or night shifts are available.
Pet Physical Therapy Nurse🏋️
Physical therapy nurse 20-36 hours per week depending on the candidate.
Casual Delivery Drivers🚗
Flexible roster with some shifts at short notice.
General Labourers🏗️
Short-term contract for 1-3 months to assist with moving and relocation of our veterinary practice. Ideal candidates must have a car licence and be able to do physical work and lifting.
All candidates must be willing to join our family and love our patients and each other as much as we do 💗 We have way too much fun both at work and out of work. 🕺
