Next Friday at lunchtime some of our 3/4 students will be running their market stalls. Students will be selling items for $1 and $2. Please send some coins along with your child for them to make some purchases. Please don’t send notes as we won’t have change to give.Thanks for your support, last year was a great success!

One of our beautiful Patch neighbours and past Patch families, have had a very distressing event happen last weekend. If you have capacity to give a little, I’m sure it would help them greatly. Dan and Waz were always sooooo generous volunteering their time when their kids were at our school, we would love to support them when they need us❤️

This week in philosophy, Kaz asked her preps, 'What is happiness?'

Well I think we found it...

For Patchies, being outside, planting 250 indigenous plants in our school gardens and fresh herbs in our veggie patch has brought lots of happiness this week.😊 🌿

It has been a big few weeks in STEM with the weather warming up and the garden coming back to life. How lucky are we to live and learn in such a beautiful part of the world! This is happiness indeed ❤️

Year 1 Camp Afternoon ✨
The Year 1s had a fun afternoon today participating in some ‘camp’ style activities to slowly prepare them for school camps. We started with afternoon tea whilst we talked about our special teddies we had brought it. Next we had some fun on the playground. Then we got busy working in teams to build a shelter and camp fire for the teddies. Lastly, we rolled out our sleeping bags and played a quick game in them before practicing rolling them up. What a fun afternoon, we are so proud of every student - they did such a good job and they had a blast 🥰

This term the Year 1/2s have had SO much fun planning, designing and making shops with items to sell. Today the students had the opportunity to open up shop and sell their items, as well as do a bit of shopping at each store! As one of the students said, “this is the best day ever”, we think that says it all. Smiles all round and incredible team work, we are so proud of how well they all did 🩷

🦋 Taming of the Butterflies 🦋

Speech arvo 1 done and dusted! Well done to the 6s that spoke today. Every speech was fantastic, with plenty of laughs along the way! The perfect bit of comedy relief to end the day!

A special well done to Kent and Holly's dad, Rob, for getting up and giving an impromptu speech. They're certainly not easy!

One speech arvo down and one to go! We cant wait to hear from the rest of our Grade 6s tomorrow 💙🦋
