Razorback Athletics Carnival ๐Ÿ…

What a fantastic day at the Razorback Athletics Carnival today!

We are incredibly proud of all of our students who represented our school across a range of track and field events. It was a very hot and long day, but our studentsโ€™ behaviour, sportsmanship and support for one another were absolutely outstanding.

A huge congratulations to all of our competitors on their efforts and achievements throughout the day!

We are also very excited to have a number of students progressing to the Sydney South West Athletics Championships across a range of events. An incredible achievement โ€” we canโ€™t wait to cheer you on at the next level! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Well done to everyone involved in such a successful day!

๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’› The People Who Keep TOPS Ticking! ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’™

At The Oaks thereโ€™s a crew you see,
Who make things work so brilliantly.
Behind the scenes and in each class,
They solve each problem that comes to pass!
Mrs Granger lends a helping hand,
Supporting learning just as planned.
Mrs Munday, Mrs Fahri and Mrs Katri too,
Our SLSOs know just what to do!
Mrs Waltisbuhl, Mrs Robertson, Mr Hladik and Mrs Spiteri join the crew,
Encouraging kids in all they do.
With patience, kindness, laughs and care,
Our students know theyโ€™re always there.
Up in the office, phones will ring,
And somehow they keep on top of EVERYTHING!
Mrs Soire and Mrs Foley, our SAO stars,
Can solve a problem near or far.
And steering admin through every day,
Mrs Tranter keeps chaos at bay!
Forms and finances, plans galore โ€”
And somehow thereโ€™s always room for more!
Then thereโ€™s Mr Scherer, our fabulous GA,
Fixing and building throughout the day.
If itโ€™s broken, wobbly, stuck or askew,
Chances are Simon knows what to do!
When screens go blank and passwords fail,
Mr Recoquillion is on the trail.
Wi-Fi, devices, tech gone mad โ€”
Having Jordan around makes everyone glad!
And Mr Huntington, with time to share,
Brings a listening ear and plenty of care.
A friendly face when someoneโ€™s in need,
Supporting our students in thought, word and deed.
So hereโ€™s to the team who rarely stop,
The wonderful people supporting TOPS!
SLSOs, SAOs, Admin, Tech, GA and Chaplain too โ€”
Our school simply wouldnโ€™t be the same without YOU! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Today we celebrate our incredible administration and support staff and say a huge THANK YOU for everything you do for our students, staff and school community. ๐ŸŒŸ

๐ŸŽจ Resin Pouring Fun!

What a fantastic creative experience! Our students had a wonderful time resin pouring their own beautiful display boards, with some amazing creations to take home and be proud of.

A huge thank you to the Warradale Men's Shed Inc. and our wonderful parent helpers for sharing their time, skills and support. We were also delighted to welcome Trish Hill, who joined in the fun!

Another great example of creativity, community and learning coming together at TOPS. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Congratulations Siena.

๐Ÿ’œLIGHT UP WILLIS PARK FOR LILY๐Ÿ’œ

I know our community have been wanting to have some way of showing their love and support for Lily and her family so from 5pm this afternoon and across the weekend, Willis Park at Oakdale will become a place for our community to come together and remember Lily Hooper.

If you would like to, bring some LED lights and/or flowers and help us light up the park for Lily. Lights and flowers can be placed at the front of the park, just behind the fence, so people can come and pay their respects in their own time.

Red Cross volunteers will also be on site to support anyone who may need someone to talk to or a little extra support while they are there.

This is simply a place where we can come together, in our own time and in our own way, to remember Lily and be there for one another. If you don't want to you donโ€™t need to bring anything at all. Come for a few minutes or stay a little longer, leave something in Lilyโ€™s memory or simply spend a quiet moment there.

If you are bringing a light, LED lights are preferred and please dont bring any open flames so we can keep the area as safe as possible, and please take care when parking

Letโ€™s light up Willis Park for Lily. ๐Ÿ’œ
