On Wednesday September 9 the Department of Health will be in school to vaccinate Year 10 students. The Department of Health staff will be ready from 8:30am especially for any "catch ups" in other years.

Wear It Purple Day is about creating supportive, safe and inclusive environments for LGBTQIA+ young people, where everyone feels valued and empowered to be themselves.

Whether it’s a purple shirt, socks, hat or accessory, add some purple and help us show that everyone belongs at Terrigal High School. 💜

QUICKSAND CHARITY RUN 🏃

Tenacity, grit, determination and a can-do attitude were all on display in Sunday's Quicksand charity run on Terrigal Beach.

This event was supported by North Gosford Rotary and aimed to raise funds and awareness for the SOKS charity, an important youth mental health initiative.

Terrigal High School was ably represented by some wonderful students Sofia, Ashley, Caylee, Amelia and Nirmala. Each student ran 2km on the soft sand before tagging their relay team mate to do the same, for an overall total of 10km.

Proud of you ladies, well done!

Art Club has been working on a design for a sign for the Coffee Clinic, which is an SRC initiative for fundraising. We’ve finalised our design and are working on getting it on the sign so we can begin to paint. Students are also working on their art pieces and designs alongside the collaborative project.

We still have places available, so if you’d like to join, please see Miss Friend in the Art Area. We meet Fridays at 3:10pm to 4:10pm in Art Room 2, and exit via the Maralinga Gate behind the Art Area.
