Terara Public School Terara Public School is a small semi-rural school situated in the beautiful village of Terara, just We thank parents for supporting this policy.

Today, two of our classes had a fantastic visit to the Life Ed Van, where students explored important topics around staying safe online and building positive friendships. Students had the opportunity to learn, discuss and think about how they can make safe and respectful choices both online and with their friends. What an incredible achievement! Yesterday, six of our students took part in Write a Book in a Day, working together to create, write and publish their very own book, Lost Along the Way! From developing their ideas and characters to writing, editing and bringing their story together, the students worked collaboratively throughout the day to create a book they can be incredibly proud of. A huge congratulations to our six young authors! We can’t wait to see where your imaginations take you next!

3/4G had lots of fun completing a balloon rocket investigation. As a part of their science unit about types of energy, students explored how potential energy can be transformed into kinetic energy as their balloons rocketed along the string. Our 3–6 students performed their hearts out last night! From the Acknowledgement of Country, to our individual song, soloist and drama performances, they truly gave it their all and shone brightly on stage. A special thank you to one of our wonderful families for putting together our medley, the students absolutely loved performing it! A huge thank you to the Shoalhaven Music Festival Committee for making such a wonderful night possible. We are so proud of our 3–6 students!
