There’s something pretty special about seeing students step into a leadership role and share their excitement for learning with others. Today was filled with confidence, collaboration, creativity and proud moments as our students took on the role of teachers, helpers, explorers, and scientists. Our young leaders showed that learning is even more powerful when we share it with others. Here are some moments that made our science day one to remember.

🐄🌾 Flanno for a Farmer Day! 🌾🐄
Our school showed up in style for Flanno for a Farmer Day!

It was fantastic to see our school community getting behind our farmers and showing our support for the incredible work they do for our community and country.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make the day such a great success!

Our Stage 2 students have been learning all about Rube Goldberg machines, exploring how simple actions can be connected to create a complex chain reaction.

Today, they put some of their investigations to the test! Students experimented with different ideas, tested their designs and watched to see whether their chain reactions would work as planned. There were plenty of successes, surprises and opportunities to problem-solve along the way!

What a fantastic way to put their scientific thinking, creativity and persistence into action!
