Messy play days are the BEST! 🤎🧪✨

Our Preschoolers have been busy creating all kinds of wonderful concoctions using cocoa powder, flour, food colouring, vinegar, water, oil and bi-carb soda! 🥣🌈

With pipettes, spoons and bowls in hand, the children mixed, poured, squeezed and experimented to see what would happen.

Messy play encourages curiosity, creativity, sensory exploration, fine motor development and problem-solving, all while having LOTS of fun! 💕🙌

Because sometimes the messiest play creates the biggest learning moments! 🥰✨

As we celebrate 40 years, we're creating a community cookbook. We invite all families, past families and anyone who has been part of our service to share a favourite recipe. Your contributions will help us honour our history and the people who shaped it.

Please email your recipes to [email protected] or drop them off to Tenterfield Child Care Centre by the 31st of August.
