We meet on Thursdays at 10:30am for a low impact, full body Pilates workout. Build a strong core and improve your flexibility!

NEW PILATES CLASS ALERT
Mat Pilates Class with me at HAMILTON TOWN HALL, Hamilton, QLD on THURSDAYS at 10:40am.
Suitable for all levels this 45 minute class is a low impact, full body workout with a small group of varying levels and ages. :)
No lock in contracts or commitment required, however you must register your interest by sending a message. After your first class you are welcome to drop in casually as you wish. :)
$20 per class, paid cash or card on the day.

She’s been checking out the Studios I teach at and loves meeting my one-on-one clients at home!

POP UP MAT PILATES CLASS
I'd LOVE if you can join me TOMORROW morning (Saturday 9th May) for an Online Mat Pilates Class at 7am AEST.
This class is FREE to everybody in this group, Studio members or not... 🙂
It will be a Full Body Mat Pilates Class using a ball and hand weights, which you can easily replace with a cushion and tins/water/wine bottles if you don't have any equipment.
This will be a great opportunity to get together, move your body and start your weekend off right!

I’m running a special live, online HIIT SESSION this Easter Monday morning (not too early, let’s face it) and thought I’d extend an invitation to you guys if you’re interested...
I use a platform called Zoom that is easy to use and you’ll just need a bit of space to move around in at your home. You don’t need to be a tech genious, I promise! 😋🤓
We’ll do about 30 minutes of body weight, high-intensity training with options for ALL levels, and then a decent 10-15 minutes of stretches.
I’m charging $15 per person for this Event. Just Private message me if you’re interested in joining in, or finding out times for my regular Live, virtual Pilates/Fitness classes...
