It's been a long time since we've posted anything on here. As you probably have guessed we finished up a few years back as we were unable to continue due to dwindling committee numbers to organise the event.

Dear competitors, parents and teachers,

We are sorry for the late notice, but due to a shortage in committee members to fill key roles, along with financial difficulty, it is with great sadness that we must announce that the Manningham Eisteddfod will not be running this year.

We are still committed to bringing back the Manningham Eisteddfod. This hiatus will give us a chance to look at what makes the Eisteddfod great, what we need to do better and what we can do differently and will engage with the community that has supported us.

So although we will not be running this year, we hope to be back next year but will need your help! If there are people out there who are interested in volunteering, please drop us a message.

Thank you to everyone who competed in the 2015 Eisteddfod, made a donation or volunteered their time. Without your involvement we wouldn't be able to continue to hold this event every year.

We look forward to seeing you again in 2016! :)

The first day of the Eisteddfod is now over! Congratulations to all the competitors. We'll start uploading some of the results to Facebook soon... watch this space :)
