🔥 This morning, our Reception students had a very special visit from some local firefighters, who taught them all about fire safety.
After learning important safety messages, the students enjoyed exploring the fire truck and even had a turn using the fire hose!
It was a fun and informative learning experience that truly ignited the curiosity and imagination of our students. 🚒✨

Our courtyard came alive this morning as we welcomed dads and other special people for our Father’s Day & Special VIP iced coffee and donut morning. ☕🍩
It was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together to share this special start to the day. We then gathered for a beautiful liturgy before opening our classrooms, where students had the opportunity to create something special with their dads and VIPs.
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us and help make the morning so memorable. 💙✨

🥈 Statewide Small Schools Runners-Up! 🥈
A huge congratulations to our girls, who finished Runners-Up in the Statewide Small Schools competition after going down to West Beach in last Friday’s Grand Final.
The girls should be incredibly proud of their achievement, making it through three rounds of qualifying to earn their place in the State Final!
An outstanding effort from the entire team and a fantastic achievement to finish second in the state! 👏🏆

Our Book Week celebrations finished off today with our annual Book Week Parade! 📚✨
Students and staff dressed as their favourite book characters, bringing colour, creativity and plenty of joy to those around them.
The Book Week Parade is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate books, reading, imagination and the important role stories play in our lives. What a fantastic way to end a special week of learning and fun! 📖🌟

Our Year 6 students were fortunate to have some talented Year 9 Art students from Kildare College join them to support their under the sea themed art projects.
Making the most of our newly opened outdoor senior learning space, students enjoyed getting their creative juices flowing in the sunshine as they worked together, shared ideas and explored their artistic talents.
Their final artworks will be on display at the upcoming Waves of Wonder art exhibition, a wonderful collaboration featuring Year 5 and 6 students from Saint David’s and Year 9 students from Kildare College.
We can’t wait to see their ocean-inspired creations come to life! 🌊🎨

Our senior students moved into their new area this term and are already making the most of the fresh green space, open-air environment and flexible indoor/outdoor learning opportunities it provides.
With sleek modern lines, contemporary colours and spaces designed to support both learning and play, this new area is the perfect fit for our senior students. We are so excited to see them enjoying, exploring and thriving in this beautiful new space! 🌿✨

Come dressed as your favourite book character and join us for a morning of Book Week fun. We’ll be making reading wands, enjoying story sensory play, playdough and more!
