Hi, I'm Sera!
I'm the founder and educator behind Little Loves Music, and I believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of making music.
As a registered teacher and certified Kodály educator, I'm passionate about creating engaging, playful, and meaningful musical experiences for children of all ages. My programs are thoughtfully designed using the Kodály approach and are aligned with the Australian Curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework, helping children develop not only musical skills but also confidence, creativity, language, and a lifelong love of learning.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching babies, preschoolers, primary school students, families, and classroom teachers. Whether I'm leading a parent-and-child music class, working alongside teachers in schools, or presenting professional learning, my goal is always the same—to make music accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring for everyone.
I love seeing children grow in confidence as they sing, move, play instruments, and discover what they're capable of. There's nothing more rewarding than watching a child light up when they realise they can create beautiful music.
When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me creating new songs and activities, spending time with my family, or finding inspiration in the everyday moments that make childhood so special.
